With 18 years of experience in various managerial roles at renowned hotels, Sabharwal brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.

As the Cluster Room Division Manager, Sabharwal will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of room operations, ensuring exceptional service, revenue generation, and guest satisfaction. His role includes managing room-related revenues and expenses, developing innovative room packages and promotions, achieving guest satisfaction targets, and maintaining RevPAR and RGI performance against competitors.

Throughout his career, Sabharwal has displayed strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to creating a positive work environment. He has consistently achieved remarkable results in guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Prior to joining Radisson Blu Kaushambi, Sabharwal held key positions at prestigious hotels, including Radisson Blu New Delhi Paschim Vihar, Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity Delhi, The Grand New Delhi, Hilton New Delhi Janakpuri, The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon, Ramada Plaza New Delhi, and Hyatt Regency New Delhi.

Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar, Hiten served as Assistant Sales Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, where he played a key role in managing major accounts and boosting revenue growth. His earlier career includes progressive sales roles at Trident Bandra Kurla, where he advanced from Sales Assistant to Sales Supervisor, and a leadership role in reactive sales at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon.
