ELIVAAS has expanded its presence in Rajasthan with the launch of its first property in Pushkar, marking another step in the brand’s steady growth across the state’s leisure destinations. The new property, ELIVAAS Tuscun Villa, takes the company’s portfolio in Rajasthan to more than 60 properties spread across Udaipur, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Pushkar, Alwar and Neemrana under the brands ELIVAAS, ELIVAAS Privé and Alaya Stays.

The addition reflects the brand’s approach of entering culturally rich destinations where there is a consistent demand for private villas, group stays and destination celebrations. Instead of expanding rapidly, ELIVAAS has focused on building a strong presence within key micro markets across Rajasthan while maintaining operational discipline.

Over the past few years, the company has strengthened its footprint in the state by growing gradually in high-demand locations. Each new property follows a structured service framework that includes defined housekeeping standards, guest response systems, safety measures and regular quality checks. At the same time, the guest experience is designed around individual preferences and specific occasions, allowing personalised stays while maintaining consistent service standards.

Speaking about the expansion, Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO of ELIVAAS Living, said, “Rajasthan today represents one of our most strategically important regions, with 60+ operational properties across key leisure destinations. Our entry into Pushkar is backed by destination-level demand data rather than sentiment. The town has seen a steady rise in premium leisure travel over the past few years, particularly from Delhi NCR and Jaipur, with a clear shift towards private, high-quality villa stays. As we expand, our standardized operating playbook ensures service consistency across locations, while each villa continues to offer a curated and personalised experience. Beyond accommodation, we focus on delivering end-to-end holiday experiences from curated activities and local immersion to personalised service ensuring that every stay is seamless and memorable. Our focus remains on building depth within high-intent leisure markets rather than expanding indiscriminately across geographies.”

The newly introduced ELIVAAS Tuscun Villa is a five-bedroom pet-friendly retreat that features a private pool and landscaped lawn. Located close to Pushkar’s temples and lakes, the villa blends modern comfort with the town’s cultural and heritage surroundings.

With this launch, ELIVAAS continues its measured expansion in Rajasthan while strengthening its focus on experience-driven stays in culturally significant destinations like Pushkar.

The new outlet offers travellers access to Faasos' signature wraps and quick-service menu, catering to passengers seeking convenient dining options before departure or during transit. The menu includes the brand's Classic Wraps, Signature Wraps, Burger Wraps, Shawarmas, sides, and beverages.

Having served customers across India for more than two decades through its delivery-led business, Faasos continues to expand its omnichannel presence by bringing its offerings to offline retail locations. Haridwar's heritage riverside retreat, Amrit Bhawan, is set to host 'A Week of Wellness by the Ganga' from 25 July to 1 August 2026, inviting guests to embrace a slower and more mindful way of travelling this monsoon. Open to all guests regardless of the length of their stay, the week-long programme combines wellness, relaxation, and meaningful riverside experiences in a peaceful setting.

The programme features a thoughtfully curated schedule of daily yoga sessions, personalised nutrition consultations with wellness expert Srishti Chatlani, massage therapies, wellness-focused meals, and interactive sessions covering Ayurveda, fermentation, gut health, herbal infusions, and everyday wellness practices.

Evenings will centre around the property's private ghat, where guests can take part in Ganga Aarti, heritage walks, documentary screenings, sound healing, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. These experiences are designed to help visitors reconnect with nature, local traditions, and themselves.

Speaking about the initiative, Varun Bajaj, Founder & Managing Partner, Ekat Travel & Lodging, said, "Wellness isn't something we wanted to package as a retreat or an escape. It already exists in the rhythm of this house, in the river, the slower pace of the day, shared meals and quiet moments by the Ganga. This programme simply creates more opportunities for guests to experience that rhythm with intention."

Guests can also choose from curated wellness packages based on the duration of their stay. The packages, available per night for up to two adults, include a range of wellness benefits such as massage therapies and personalised nutrition consultations.
