As August unfolds, Fairmont Jaipur proudly marks a remarkable journey of 11 years in the realm of hospitality. Amidst the celebrations, a new chapter unfolds with the introduction of the exquisite pan-Asian restaurant, Zarin, named after the Persian word for 'golden'. This milestone is met with a fusion of tradition, luxury, and innovation, creating an unforgettable experience.
In honor of this special occasion, Fairmont Jaipur embraces its local art and heritage through a unique immersive art event. From August 12 to 15, 2023, in collaboration with Raghukul Trust, the hotel brings forth the enchanting pichwai art form. These devotional paintings depicting Lord Krishna and Shrinathji come to life, inviting guests of all ages to participate in live painting workshops and take home their own creations.
Beyond its artistic endeavors, Fairmont Jaipur introduces Zarin, a pan-Asian dining haven. Aiming to tantalize the taste buds of Jaipur's discerning gourmands, Zarin not only offers an array of delectable dishes but also houses a Teppanyaki Section, Asian blossom teas, Asian-inspired cocktails, and a selection of fine wines. ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts has announced a major boost to its Gurugram portfolio with the addition of two hotels Elite Millennium (South City 1) and Elite 32 Mile Stone. Both properties will now operate under “The Hoften” brand, taking ALIVAA’s total footprint in the city to four operating hotels.
