Emirates is inviting travellers to discover Dubai this winter with a multi-market campaign timed with the city’s winter events and festival calendar. Travellers booking eligible return tickets to Dubai with Emirates can receive complimentary passes worth AED 535 to three popular attractions, along with access to discounts and other benefits across the UAE.

The complimentary attraction bundle includes access to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, Lost World Aquarium and the Dubai City Sightseeing Hop and Hop Off bus tour. Travellers can enjoy the waterpark’s slides, explore marine life at Lost World Aquarium and visit Dubai landmarks including the Burj Khalifa and historic Al Fahidi district through the sightseeing bus tour.

Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Emirates, said: "Dubai offers an extraordinary range of experiences across leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment for every budget, age and taste. We're pleased to help our customers make the most of it when they come to Dubai, with complimentary excursions and a curated set of offers designed to add value throughout their stay, alongside the flexibility and peace of mind when they plan their journey.”

Along with the complimentary attractions, Emirates customers can access My Emirates Pass, which offers discounts and benefits at hundreds of participating stores, restaurants, spas, entertainment venues and other locations across the UAE. Customers can present their physical or digital Emirates boarding pass along with valid identification at participating outlets to access available offers.

Travellers can also use Dubai Experience, Emirates’ platform for planning and booking their Dubai holiday. The service allows visitors to build personalised itineraries by choosing from hotels, dining experiences, attractions, tours and activities offered by different providers and across various budgets.

The airline is also offering additional flexibility for eligible travellers. Customers travelling to Dubai can benefit from unlimited free date changes across all cabin classes, the option to hold a fare free of charge for 24 hours and reduced refund fees.

For additional protection, customers can add Emirates’ Comprehensive Travel Cover while booking on Emirates.com or later through Manage Your Booking. Available in 27 countries, the cover includes worldwide medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and baggage delay or loss. It also includes conflict cover, with medical expenses reimbursed up to US$25,000 and a free trip extension of up to 30 days.

The offer is valid across all cabin classes on eligible return tickets to Dubai purchased between 21 September and 11 October 2026, for travel between 24 September and 13 December 2026.

Emirates Skywards members can also access benefits during their journey. All Skywards members can enjoy free Wi-Fi on Emirates flights, while members have opportunities to earn and redeem Skywards Miles across shopping and experiences in Dubai.

At Dubai International Airport, members can redeem Miles at participating outlets at Dubai Duty Free, the Emirates Official Store and marhaba Airport Meet & Greet services. Through Skywards Everyday, members can also convert Skywards Miles into cashback at participating retail, dining and ride-service outlets across the UAE.

Travellers visiting Dubai Mall can earn Skywards Miles on purchases across the mall’s outlets. Members can also use Skywards Miles through Skywards Miles Mall to purchase digital gift cards from participating brands including Amazon AE, Deliveroo, Shukran, Apple and NIKE.

With complimentary attraction passes, city-wide offers, personalised itinerary options and added travel flexibility, Emirates’ winter campaign provides travellers with multiple ways to explore Dubai during the city’s busy winter season.
