Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center recently announced the appointment of Ena Roy as its new Director of Operations, marking a significant addition to the hotel's leadership team. Roy brings over 21 years of experience from renowned hospitality brands such as ITC Hotels and Hyatt Hotels, making her a valuable asset in managing hotel room operations.

Roy's journey in the hospitality industry began at Oberoi’s Amarvillas, where she developed her skills in the housekeeping department. Since then, she has played pivotal roles in the pre-launch and operational management of prestigious luxury brands like Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, and Four Seasons. In her most recent position as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, she oversaw the phased renovation of the hotel and ensured the seamless operation of various departments, including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa.

Throughout her career, Roy has been known for her strategic planning abilities, supporting business growth and adeptly increasing revenue through upselling. Her passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues has been evident, driving her commitment to excellence.

Commenting on her appointment, Roy expressed her enthusiasm for joining Marriott Hotels and her eagerness to embrace Marriott's core values of inspiration, empowerment, and authenticity. Jaipur Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Rakesh Sethi as its new General Manager, effective February 10, 2026, marking a significant leadership move for one of Rajasthan’s prominent luxury hotels.

With over 27 years of diverse experience in the hospitality sector, Sethi brings deep expertise in operations, commercial strategy, and guest-centric service to the Pink City. In his new role, he will be responsible for steering the hotel’s strategic direction, strengthening its market positioning, and consistently delivering memorable guest experiences, while nurturing a workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.

 A seasoned hospitality professional, Sethi has held leadership roles with leading brands such as Hyatt, Taj, Shangri-La, and Radisson, giving him wide exposure across luxury, upscale, and business hotel segments.

His strong background in operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, and customer experience positions him well to lead the 374-key Jaipur Marriott Hotel, which also features one of the largest banquet facilities in Rajasthan, catering to leisure travellers, corporate events, and destination weddings. Prior to this appointment, Sethi served as General Manager at Radisson Blu Dwarka, where he was recognised for his hands-on leadership style, people-first approach, and consistent focus on sustainable business

Rosetta Hospitality has announced the appointment of Mr. Aditya Mata as the new General Manager of Rosetta Sakleshpur, its flagship luxury resort set within a 100-acre coffee estate in Sakleshpur, Karnataka.

Mr. Mata brings over three decades of senior leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with deep expertise in luxury resort and city hotel operations across India and select international markets. His career spans leadership roles with several renowned hospitality brands, including The Oberoi Group, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Essque Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Zuri Hotels & Resorts.

Most recently, Mr. Mata served as Group General Manager at Cocoa Collection Hotels in Kenya. He has also held the position of General Manager at Essque Hotels, Zanzibar, where he led a structured post-pandemic revival. His international experience reflects a strong focus on disciplined operations, people-centric leadership, and consistently delivering high-quality guest experiences in complex resort environments.

Known for his balanced leadership approach, Mr. Mata combines operational rigour with a deep understanding of evolving guest expectations. This philosophy closely aligns with Rosetta Hospitality’s vision of conscious, experience-led luxury rooted in authenticity and thoughtful design.

In his new role, Mr. Mata will oversee all aspects of operations at Rosetta Sakleshpur. His focus will be on strengthening service excellence, enhancing experiential offerings, and driving sustainable growth while preserving the resort’s close connection to nature and regional culture.

Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have announced the appointment of Natarajan Balasubramanian as Commercial Director, marking a significant addition to the leadership team across both properties.

With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Natarajan brings strong expertise in sales strategy, revenue management, market positioning, and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the complete commercial function, including sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. His focus will be on driving sustained growth across corporate, MICE, leisure, and social segments.

Before joining Hilton, Natarajan held senior leadership roles with leading hospitality brands such as The Leela Group, Grand Hyatt Kochi, The Westin, and Le Méridien. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated sharp business acumen by diversifying revenue streams, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering results in competitive markets. He has also played an important role in expanding residential weddings and strengthening both government and private sector business portfolios.

In his new role, Natarajan will work closely with the leadership teams at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park to enhance market share, drive revenue performance, and strengthen the hotels’ positioning as preferred destinations for business and leisure travellers in North Bengaluru.
