Roy brings over 21 years of experience from renowned hospitality brands such as ITC Hotels and Hyatt Hotels, making her a valuable asset in managing hotel room operations.

Roy's journey in the hospitality industry began at Oberoi’s Amarvillas, where she developed her skills in the housekeeping department. Since then, she has played pivotal roles in the pre-launch and operational management of prestigious luxury brands like Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, and Four Seasons. In her most recent position as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, she oversaw the phased renovation of the hotel and ensured the seamless operation of various departments, including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa.

Throughout her career, Roy has been known for her strategic planning abilities, supporting business growth and adeptly increasing revenue through upselling. Her passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues has been evident, driving her commitment to excellence.

In her expanded role, she will continue to drive strategic outreach, digital innovation, and campaigns tailored to evolving luxury consumer trends.

In a key technology move, Ajay Mehra has been appointed Associate Director – Information Technology. Wyndham Garden Jim Corbett, Chhoi has announced the appointment of Vikkas Sharma as the hotel’s new general manager. In this role, Sharma will oversee overall hotel operations, focus on maximising revenue potential, enhance guest experiences, and foster a positive work environment for team members.

Given Jim Corbett’s popularity as a tourist destination famed for its tiger reserve, Sharma will also play a crucial role in promoting Wyndham Garden across key tourism markets.

Prior to joining Wyndham Garden, Sharma served as general manager at Lemon Tree Premier, Jim Corbett, where he managed hotel operations, sales and marketing, and staff development.
