Encalm Hospitality has announced the expansion of its airport hospitality services to Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport in Vizag, bringing its lounges and guest services to multiple passenger touchpoints at the airport.

The expansion comes as travellers increasingly look for greater convenience, comfort, and personalised services throughout their airport journey. Encalm's offering at Vizag will bring together lounge facilities, meet-and-assist services, and baggage solutions under one hospitality ecosystem.

The company will operate two lounges at the airport, with one serving domestic travellers and the other catering to international passengers. The lounges will feature live food counters, a bar, lounge bay, and private dining room, providing passengers with spaces to relax and dine before their flights.

Alongside the lounges, Encalm will introduce its Atithya Meet & Assist service, designed to assist passengers at different stages of their airport journey. The company will also offer its EnWrap baggage-wrapping facility, adding another service aimed at passenger convenience.

Speaking on the expansion, Vikas Sharma, Group Chief Executive Officer, Encalm, said, “We are excited to bring Encalm’s established ecosystem of Airport Hospitality Services to Vizag International Airport. Our focus has always been on bringing excellence in hospitality to travellers and making their time at the airport more comfortable and convenient. We look forward to extending the Encalm experience to guests at Vizag and contributing to the airport’s passenger experience.”

Pooja Bhondekar, Business Head – Airport Hospitality, Encalm, added, “We are pleased to bring our established guest-focused approach to Vizag International Airport. Through our lounges, Atithya Meet & Assist and EnWrap services, we aim to support guests across different stages of their journey. Each offering has been designed to complement the others and make the overall airport experience more convenient, comfortable and responsive to guests’ needs.”

The Vizag expansion strengthens Encalm's presence across India's growing aviation network. The company currently operates airport hospitality services at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Goa's Manohar International Airport, and Vizag International Airport.

Encalm has developed an integrated airport hospitality portfolio spanning premium lounges, meet-and-assist services, wellness experiences, in-flight catering, and food and beverage concepts. Its portfolio includes Encalm Lounges, Encalm Privé, Encalm Xenia, Atithya – Meet & Assist, Encalm Skyplates, and Encalm Eats.

The company's airport hospitality services have also received recognition through industry awards, including wins at the Travel + Leisure India’s Best Awards in 2024 and 2025, the Condé Nast Traveller India Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, the PEAKLIFE Gourmet Awards 2025, and the Today’s Traveller Award 2025.

In 2026, Encalm was also recognised at the PATWA International Travel Awards as 'Best Company – Airport Hospitality Services (India)', along with the PATWA Gold Award for Excellence.
