Epigamia, a premium dairy products company, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Mansi Modi as Marketing Head and Rahul Bhagat to lead manufacturing. Modi will join the organisation at the end of September, with the appointments coming as the company continues to see strong business momentum.

Epigamia is targeting an annualised revenue run rate of more than ₹1,000 crore in the next financial year, with plans to double its business over the next 24–30 months.

Speaking about the appointments, Ritesh Gauba, CEO, Epigamia, said, “We are confident that with Mansi and Rahul joining in, their leadership will help us solidify our growth momentum and strengthen our market leadership. Our strong growth, and fundamentals is a testament to our focus on our core innovative products & brand strength. With Mansi and Rahul joining our leadership team, we want to expand into newer formats and keep focusing on our DNA of innovation.”

Rahul Bhagat brings strong experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, having held several manufacturing roles across organisations including Danone, Britannia, ITC Foods and Tata Consumer. At Epigamia, he will focus on strengthening the company's manufacturing capabilities as it continues to expand across the country.

Mansi Modi brings more than 14 years of experience in marketing and brand leadership across the consumer sector. She has held leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever, where she led marketing for Oziva, and has previously worked with Airtel and Britannia. With experience across both high-growth and established brands, Modi will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen the brand and support Epigamia's growth momentum.

The company has also announced that Ankur Goel, COO, will be moving on from the business after a decade in the startup sector. The decision is for personal reasons, with Goel looking to focus on health and family. Epigamia is backed by the Mirchandani family of founder Rohan, along with consumer investment firms Verlinvest, Sauce and DSG Consumer Partners. The company has built its presence in India's premium dairy segment and has expanded its distribution to more than 150 cities.
