The Burrata Subzi, served with lotus crisps and tamarind chutney, brings together different textures and flavours, while the Cottage Cheese Roulade with Makhni Gravy offers a contemporary take on a classic Indian preparation.

Other highlights include Beetroot Ki Tikki, Spiced Cauliflower Steak with Purple Cabbage Purée, Stuffed Palak Bhajiya with Hari Chutney and Subz Nawabi Kebab. The Roasted Carrot, Orange and Cardamom Lassi adds another distinctive touch to the festive menu.

Desserts bring together traditional Indian sweets and contemporary interpretations. The selection includes Blueberry Cream Cheese Ghevar, Kalakand Ghevar and Ferrero Rocher Ghevar, giving the traditional festive sweet a new twist.
