Originally from Lucknow, Chef Balvinder's culinary journey began under the guidance of his mother, a primary mentor who sparked his passion for the culinary arts. Graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition – Meerut in 2008, he kickstarted his career at The Oberoi New Delhi.

In his previous role as the Executive Chef at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre & Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, Chef Balvinder showcased his culinary prowess. Now, in his new position at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, he takes the reins of the kitchen brigade, overseeing operations across all F&B outlets and infusing his unique styles and flavors into the culinary offerings.

A graduate of the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Bhargava specializes in F&B operations, business strategy, and leadership.
