With a remarkable 16-year journey in the hospitality industry, Chef Balvinder brings a rich tapestry of experiences from renowned luxury hotel chains such as Oberoi, Taj, Hyatt, and Marriott Hotels.

Originally from Lucknow, Chef Balvinder's culinary journey began under the guidance of his mother, a primary mentor who sparked his passion for the culinary arts. Graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition – Meerut in 2008, he kickstarted his career at The Oberoi New Delhi.

In his previous role as the Executive Chef at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre & Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, Chef Balvinder showcased his culinary prowess. Now, in his new position at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, he takes the reins of the kitchen brigade, overseeing operations across all F&B outlets and infusing his unique styles and flavors into the culinary offerings.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Balvinder finds joy in spending quality time with his family and pets. His adventurous spirit extends to experimenting with new culinary creations, exploring new destinations, and indulging his passion for cinema.
