Kashmiri cuisine is known for its rich flavors, delicate spice blends, and slow-cooked culinary traditions. This March, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida invites food lovers to experience the grandeur of Kashmiri Wazwan, a traditional multi-course meal that reflects the region’s royal heritage and hospitality.
From March 5th to 11th, 2025, Spice Art at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida will host the exclusive Kashmiri Wazwan Feast, offering a rare opportunity to indulge in this celebrated culinary tradition. Carefully curated by expert chefs, the menu brings together authentic Kashmiri delicacies that are a true testament to the region’s gastronomic richness.
A Royal Spread of Kashmiri Delicacies
The Kashmiri Wazwan Feast at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida features a meticulously crafted menu that showcases the essence of traditional Kashmiri cuisine. The feast begins with Tabak Maaz, Kokar Kanti, and Kashmiri Paneer Tikka, each prepared using age-old recipes and aromatic spices.
For the main course, guests can relish the iconic Rogan Josh, a slow-cooked lamb curry infused with Kashmiri red chilies and signature spices, along with Rista, tender meatballs in a fragrant gravy. The meal concludes on a sweet note with Kong Firin, a saffron-infused dessert made with milk and nuts, offering a perfect balance of flavors.
A Culinary Experience to Remember
Speaking about the festival, Chef Rajiv Vatsyayan, Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, expressed his excitement:
“We are thrilled to bring the authentic taste of Kashmir to Greater Noida with the Royal Wazwan Feast. This feast celebrates the artistry, flavors, and traditions of Kashmiri cuisine, and we’ve carefully selected each dish to transport our guests to the heart of Kashmir.”
Adding to the celebration, Sharad K. Upadhyay, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, shared:
“At Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, we aim to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests. The Kashmiri Wazwan Feast is a special culinary journey, and we invite everyone to savor the rich flavors and cultural heritage of Kashmir.”
