Join us starting 23rd November at Singh Sahib, one of our luxurious restaurants, for a journey through the culinary heritage of ancient Punjab.

Indulge in the rich tapestry of the culinary heritage of undivided Punjab as our expert chefs embody authentic taste and flavour with the perfect combination of spices and ingredients to create a range of traditional appetisers, including mouthwatering options such as Meat Samosa, Lahori tawa tali machchi, and Lahori chana chaat, amongst others.

The multicourse menu also features a wide array of signature dishes, such as Multani Paya Curry, Murgh Channa, and Multani Mooth Kachori, which can be perfectly twined with a variety of rotis, such as Multani Doli Roti, Lahori Khameeri Naan, and Busri. It also offers a unique culinary experience with a few authentic preparations, like Nalli Nihari Karahi, Achari Lamb Karahi, etc.
