This May, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is transforming Sunday brunches into a nostalgic culinary journey with ‘Mother’s Recipes’, a month-long tribute at Opus that celebrates the warmth, wisdom, and delicious legacy of mothers across India.

Four talented chefs from the hotel’s kitchen will spotlight the flavours that defined their childhoods—dishes lovingly passed down by their mothers and steeped in regional heritage. From bold tamarind gravies to soul-soothing mountain fare and spicy coastal seafood, each Sunday features a distinct regional menu crafted with heart and heritage.

The journey began on May 4 with the robust Madurai Meenakshi-style cuisine by Chef A. Prasad. Up next is the comforting fare from the Kumaoni hills by Chef Pawan Rajput on May 11, followed by the earthy and slow-cooked delicacies of Champaran brought to life by Chef Sudarshan Gupta on May 18. The series wraps up on May 25 with the spicy, seafood-forward dishes of Malvani cuisine curated by Chef Shridhar Parab.
