Fusion Hotel Group has signed a long-term hotel management agreement with Han Spaces to develop Fusion Resort Tuyen Lam Lake Da Lat, a new wellness-focused resort overlooking Tuyen Lam Lake in Da Lat, Vietnam. The destination was recently named by Travel + Leisure as Asia’s “New Retreat Capital.”

Spread across 11 acres at the foot of a lush hillside, the resort will be surrounded by pine forests and overlook Tuyen Lam Lake. The property will feature 15 villas and a 90-room hotel, along with a range of facilities designed for wellness, leisure and events.

Facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurants and bars, meeting and event spaces, a kids’ club, swimming pool, yoga and fitness centre, and Fusion’s signature Maia Spa with 14 treatment rooms.

The resort will introduce Fusion’s signature all-spa-inclusive wellness concept to Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Guests will also have access to the brand’s “breakfast anywhere, anytime” offering and personalized service from Fusion’s “Fusionistas”, who combine the roles of personal host, lifestyle concierge and local guide.

Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027, Fusion Resort Tuyen Lam Lake Da Lat is being positioned as a destination for wellness and leisure travel, while also catering to events and international gatherings. The resort will draw on the natural surroundings and character of Da Lat to shape the guest experience.

Da Lat has also become increasingly accessible to domestic and international travellers, with daily connections to Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Kuala Lumpur. Flights connecting Da Lat with Singapore’s Changi Airport are expected to begin in December 2026, further supporting the destination’s connectivity.
