Kshemavana Naturopathy and Yoga Center, a holistic wellness sanctuary, in association with Joyful Vedanta, is set to host “The Purpose Quest,” a one-day immersive workshop on August 23, 2026. The session is designed for participants to pause, reflect and look within while exploring a deeper sense of purpose and greater clarity in life.
The practical and hands-on workshop will encourage participants to understand what truly drives them and put their personal purpose into words. With a structured approach and limited focus on conceptual frameworks, the programme aims to help participants connect their personal purpose with their professional lives, develop greater passion and direct their energy towards meaningful contribution.
Designed by experienced corporate trainers and coaches who have worked with people at different stages of life, the session also draws insights from scriptures. Participants will be guided through a process to identify their primary drivers, understand the key elements of purpose and develop a clearer sense of direction.
The workshop will also look at how purpose can bring greater alignment between professional goals and personal values. Participants will be encouraged to turn their learnings into purposeful action and apply their insights to their everyday lives.
The Purpose Quest is aimed at anyone looking to reflect on their current direction, understand what matters to them and seek greater meaning and fulfilment in life.
The workshop will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM at Kshemavana, SDM Institute of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, Nelamangala, Bengaluru. Participants are expected to leave the session with greater clarity around their purpose and a well-defined sense of direction for their life journey.

AUM Premium, India's mindful hydration brand focused on Himalayan spring water, has partnered with Scrapbuddy to introduce a doorstep bottle recycling initiative aimed at making responsible recycling more convenient for consumers.
As part of the partnership, AUM Premium customers can schedule a doorstep pickup for their used bottles through the brand's website. Scrapbuddy will collect the bottles either on the same day or at a time selected by the customer and facilitate their recycling through its waste management ecosystem.
The initiative is designed to simplify the post-consumption journey for consumers while encouraging greater participation in responsible waste management. By integrating bottle collection into the purchasing experience, AUM Premium aims to make recycling a more accessible and regular habit.
Jagriti Motwani, Founder & CEO, AUM Premium, said the partnership is intended to make responsible disposal easier for consumers and encourage more sustainable everyday choices.
Sachin Garg, Director, Scrapbuddy, said doorstep collection can help make recycling a scheduled habit while reducing the likelihood of bottles entering landfills or water bodies.
The partnership forms part of AUM Premium's broader focus on encouraging mindful consumption. By connecting customers directly with Scrapbuddy's collection service, the initiative seeks to create a more convenient recycling pathway for used bottles and contribute to a more circular packaging ecosystem.
AUM Premium is a brand of Bhagva Future Ventures, headquartered in Gurugram. The company sources its Himalayan spring water from high-altitude springs and packages the water in Himachal Pradesh. The brand is available in three SKUs and is positioned around conscious hydration and natural mineral content.
AUM Premium is currently available across more than 20,000 pin codes in India through e-commerce platforms including Amazon India, Blinkit, Shopify and its direct-to-consumer website.

With stress levels rising and sleep becoming increasingly difficult for many Indians, award-winning wellness brand ELE|NA has introduced the Pillars of Vitality, a holistic wellness framework designed to help restore the body's natural rhythm instead of simply addressing individual symptoms.
The launch comes at a time when wellness has become a growing priority across the country. A 2026 LocalCircles survey found that 61 per cent of Indians now get fewer than six hours of uninterrupted sleep each night, compared to 50 per cent in 2022. Meanwhile, an Indeed India study revealed that 72 per cent of Indian employees have experienced burnout in their current role.
At the centre of ELE|NA's philosophy is what the brand describes as Biological Static, a condition where stress, lack of sleep, inflammation and constant digital stimulation leave the body struggling to regulate, recover and function at its best. The concept reflects the daily reality of many urban professionals balancing demanding work schedules, long commutes and continuous screen time.
Rather than offering quick solutions, the Pillars of Vitality are built around the idea of Systemic Restoration, helping guests move from imbalance to Systemic Flow through six connected dimensions of wellbeing:
TouchFlow – Restores physical and energetic flow.
SoulVibe – Helps calm the mind while supporting emotional balance and inner peace.
ReFine – Promotes healthy, radiant skin.
SleepSync – Supports the body's natural sleep rhythm.
BodyFit – Builds strength, mobility and resilience through movement, breathwork and functional fitness.
FoodDelight – Nourishes the gut microbiome to support overall health and wellbeing.
These pillars are brought to life through signature wellness experiences such as the Holistic Body Ritual, a full-body restorative treatment, and the SleepSync Villa Experience, a 90-minute in-residence ritual created to prepare the body and mind for deep, restorative sleep. Every experience follows ELE|NA's Wellness Your Way™ philosophy, ensuring treatments are personalised to each guest's individual wellness journey.
“Across India’s cities, we are seeing Biological Static everywhere, bodies held in a constant state of alert by stress, screens and shrinking sleep,” said Heidi Grimwood, Senior Vice President, ELE|NA (Atmosphere Wellness). “The answer is not another quick fix or a weekend of pampering. It is restoring the body’s own intelligence, its innate ability to heal, adapt and flourish. The Pillars of Vitality give every guest a personalised path back to their natural rhythm, whether that journey begins at one of our sanctuaries in India or on an island in the Maldives.”
The launch also reflects India's rapidly growing wellness tourism market, which is estimated to be worth over USD 30 billion in 2026. As digital-detox holidays continue to gain popularity, urban millennials and dual-income households are increasingly viewing wellness travel as a long-term investment in health rather than an occasional luxury.
Travellers can experience the Pillars of Vitality at Minerals by ELE|NA at Vantara Niwas, Jamnagar, while ELE|NA Ayur at Sadar Manzil Heritage by Atmosphere, Bhopal offers wellness rituals inspired by timeless traditions through the brand's personalised approach. Guests can also access ELE|NA's award-winning wellness experiences across Atmosphere Core's resorts in the Maldives, located just a short flight from major Indian cities.
As wellness continues to evolve, ELE|NA believes lasting wellbeing comes from helping the body heal, adapt and thrive naturally. Through the Pillars of Vitality, the brand aims to offer travellers a practical and personalised path towards sustainable health rather than temporary relief.
