With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Paul is a seasoned professional renowned for his innovative approach to cuisine and exceptional leadership.

Chef Paul’s impressive career spans leadership roles at some of the most esteemed brands, including Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Vivanta by Taj MG Road Bangalore, Radisson Chandigarh, The Chancery Pavilion Bengaluru, and Carnival Cruise Line. Most recently, he served as the Executive Chef at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Golf Links, where he honed his expertise in menu creation, food cost management, and staff training.

In his new role, Chef Paul will be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and concept creation while ensuring food preparation meets the highest safety standards.
