Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Trinity Investments have proudly announced the transformation of Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa into Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas. This rebranding aligns with the completion of a comprehensive $64 million renovation set for September 2024, marking a new era of luxury in the heart of Southern California’s renowned Coachella Valley.
Renovation Details
The extensive renovation touches every aspect of the resort:
Accommodations: The property’s 531 rooms are being meticulously enhanced, including 39 suites that are already completed. The resort is also set to introduce 43 lavish one- and two-bedroom private villas by November 2024, featuring exclusive amenities like private backyards and kitchenettes.
Dining: By late summer 2024, the resort will debut two new restaurant concepts. Tía Carmen will offer a menu inspired by local flavors, while Carmocha will provide a casual dining experience with a creative twist.
Pool Complex: The pool area will be expanded to include new cabanas and dining options, enhancing the outdoor leisure experience.
Strategic Location and Luxurious Amenities
Located conveniently near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas offers easy access to one of the top tennis venues in the nation. The resort's location and amenities are designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers, offering a suite of luxurious facilities including the soon-to-be-unveiled Agua Serena Spa, covering 30,000 square feet of relaxation and wellness space.
Commitment to Elevated Hospitality
Susan Santiago, President for the U.S. and Canada at Hyatt, emphasised the commitment to providing an elevated level of hospitality that embodies the Grand Hyatt brand. The renovation not only enhances the physical aspects of the resort but also enriches the guest experience through meticulous attention to service and detail.
The transformation of Hyatt Regency Indian Wells to Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas represents a significant investment in enhancing guest experiences and solidifying Hyatt’s presence in the luxury hospitality market. Set against the backdrop of the picturesque Coachella Valley, the renovated resort is poised to become a beacon of luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences in Southern California.
