Zenith began his career at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan and has since held pivotal roles across leading hospitality brands, including Novotel Pune, Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR, and ibis Chennai City Centre. In his previous role as Director of Guest Services at ibis Chennai City Centre, Zenith successfully managed Rooms and Food & Beverage operations, showcasing his ability to lead with excellence.

His academic foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Hospitality Studies from RL Institutes, Madurai, along with certifications in bartending and maritime safety. This diverse background, coupled with his passion for crafting exceptional guest journeys, aligns seamlessly with Grand Mercure Bangalore’s vision of providing vibrant and personalized hospitality experiences.
