BLR Restaurants Pvt Ltd, the team behind popular names like BLR Brewing Co. and Bean Lore, has just added another feather to its cap—Hamilton, a grand cocktail bar that promises to take Bangalore’s mixology scene to new heights, this time in Whitefield.
Located in Hoodi-Whitefield, Hamilton spreads across 7,500 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 250 guests, making it one of the city's largest dedicated cocktail bars. This bold move marks a shift in Bengaluru’s nightlife culture—one that’s no longer confined to MG Road or Indiranagar.
“Our vision with Hamilton is to make exceptional cocktails and hospitality more accessible,” shares Prasanna Kumar, Co-founder, BLR Restaurants Pvt Ltd. “Whitefield deserves its own destination bar, and Hamilton brings just that—luxury, performance, and stellar drinks.”
Stepping into Hamilton is like walking into another era. Behind its modest exterior lies a stunning triple-height space lined with colonial-style balconies, ornate railings, and a towering central bar. The interiors are rich in detail—dark wood, metalwork, and plush accents—blending nostalgia with luxury. From an elegant dinner setting to a live music venue, the space transitions effortlessly. A massive LED screen behind the stage allows for a full-on performance setup—perfect for jazz, DJs, and everything in between.
At its core, Hamilton features the “Moving Era” cocktail program, curated by Counter Top India. Each drink is a tribute to a different historical era—from the playful Smoked Monarchy of the Prohibition era to the decadent Velvet Cabinet inspired by French aristocracy. Guests can sip on the Golden Rhapsody, rich with peanut butter and banana, or drift into a Nocturnal Affair with plum, port, and chocolate. Other standouts like The Pea Coat and Letters from Lady H combine storytelling and taste in truly inventive ways.
The culinary side of Hamilton doesn’t take a back seat either. The food menu is a global affair, inspired by colonial opulence and bold Indian flavors. Small plates like Potato Pave Cheese Queso, Chorizo-Filled Dates, and Tandoori Prawn Tacos set the tone for indulgence with finesse.
Hamilton isn’t just a bar—it’s a statement. A destination that celebrates good drinks, great food, and unforgettable vibes, right in the heart of Whitefield.
