Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have announced the appointment of Ravindra Patil as Executive Housekeeper, strengthening the operational leadership team across the 619-key dual-property complex.

Bringing over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Patil has worked with leading hotel brands including Hilton, Accor and Taj, building extensive expertise in housekeeping operations, team management, service standards and guest experience.

Prior to joining Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Patil served as Executive Housekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Panjim, where he was responsible for housekeeping, laundry, recreation and spa operations.

His previous experience includes senior housekeeping positions at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, ibis Chennai SIPCOT, ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.

Patil has received several industry recognitions during his hospitality career. In 2025, he was recognised as Quality Assurance Champion and Best Leadership of the Year at DoubleTree by Hilton Panjim.

He was also named Guest Passion Manager of the Year at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road. His other achievements include being recognised as Best Housekeeping Manager of the Year at ibis SIPCOT, along with recognition as an Audit Champion.

These accolades reflect his experience in maintaining operational standards, developing teams and focusing on guest satisfaction across hotel environments.

New Role at Hilton Bengaluru

In his new role as Executive Housekeeper, Patil will oversee housekeeping operations across Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park.

His responsibilities will include maintaining standards of cleanliness and service, managing housekeeping and laundry operations, implementing operational improvement plans, overseeing inventories and consumables, and leading large teams.

With his experience across different hotel brands and operational environments, Patil is expected to contribute to strengthening housekeeping standards while supporting a consistent guest experience across both properties.

His appointment adds further operational expertise to the dual-property complex, with a focus on service excellence, team leadership and efficient housekeeping operations.
