Known for his fun-loving personality and passion for beverages and wines, he embodies Hyatt’s ethos of experimentation and empathy. With over ten years of experience in human resources and a professional background rooted in hospitality, Bhushan brings expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, training, and strategic HR management. He holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development Management from Niranjanlal Dalmia Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Studies from Rizvi College of Hotel Management.

Before joining Ramee, Bhushan held key roles with WAH Restaurants, Galaxy Entertainment (Future Group), and most recently at Soho House Mumbai, where he served as People Manager. At Soho House, he was instrumental in implementing employee engagement programs, retention strategies, succession planning, and career development. His initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and creating a positive workplace culture were widely recognised.
