Hilton is set to further expand its presence in India with the opening of its flagship brand, Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024. This new addition, in partnership with Baani Group, marks Hilton's 27th hotel in India, highlighting its strategic expansion in key Indian cities.
Located on the bustling Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, the hotel is positioned ideally within close proximity to major IT hubs, financial districts, high street entertainment centers, and upscale residential areas. The location is perfectly suited to cater to both business and leisure travelers seeking premium lodging in one of India’s fastest-growing cities.
Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President and Country Head of India at Hilton, expressed enthusiasm about the new project: "Our deepening partnership with Baani Group underscores a decade of mutual trust and shared goals. The Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center is poised to become a standout venue on the vibrant Golf Course Extension Road, enhancing the area's dynamic atmosphere."
Virendra K Bhatia, Chairman of Baani Group, also commented on the partnership: "Our continued collaboration with Hilton is a testament to our commitment to delivering real estate excellence, aligning perfectly with Hilton’s high standards of hospitality. We are excited to see how this new property will contribute to the evolving hospitality landscape in Gurugram."
The Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center will feature 223 sophisticated rooms, ranging from luxurious king rooms to expansive suites. The hotel is designed to be a premier destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), offering over 15,000 square feet of versatile event space.
Additionally, the property will host four food and beverage outlets including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby bar, and a café lounge. Guests will also enjoy an outdoor pool and access to state-of-the-art business and fitness centers.
With this launch, Hilton not only aims to enhance its service offerings in India but also to solidify its reputation as a leader in the global hospitality industry. The upcoming Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center is set to redefine luxury and service in Gurugram, promising an unmatched experience for guests.
