Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is bringing Karnataka’s rich culinary traditions and Italian cooking together with the second season of La Bella Bengaluru at Neo Kitchen. Following its first season, Paris Meets Bangalore, which explored French gastronomy through a South Indian lens, the new season takes inspiration from the philosophy, “From Karnataka’s soil to Italy’s table.”

Curated by Chef Ravi, La Bella Bengaluru will be hosted across two exclusive Friday evenings on 18th and 25th September 2026, offering guests a six-course dining experience that combines local ingredients and flavours with Italian culinary techniques.

The menu features dishes such as Ragi Ravioli, Coastal Karnataka Risotto, Coorg Pepper Lamb, and Bengaluru Filter Coffee Tiramisu, bringing together familiar Karnataka flavours with the craft of Italian cuisine. The experience at Neo Kitchen is designed around the connection between the two culinary cultures. Karnataka’s distinctive ingredients and traditional flavours meet the refined techniques of Italian gastronomy, creating dishes that feel rooted in the region while offering a fresh interpretation.

La Bella Bengaluru aims to create a dining experience that celebrates both cultures, bringing together the flavours of Karnataka and the traditions of Italy in a setting that is familiar yet new.
