Hilton Chennai proudly announces the appointment of Mr. Paul Kingsly as its new Director of Human Resources. With more than 13 years of distinguished service at Marriott International, Paul brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and fostering workplace cultures that drive excellence.
An alumnus of Madras Christian College (MCC) with a Master’s in Human Resources, Paul began his career with Marriott International and went on to contribute across eight locations and nine properties in India. His portfolio spans iconic brands including Fairfield by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Le Méridien, and W Goa. He has also played pivotal roles in pre-opening phases of key hotels such as The Westin Chennai, W Goa, and Courtyard by Marriott Shillong. Most recently, he served as Multi-Property Human Resource Manager for Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road, Bangalore.
At Hilton Chennai, Paul will spearhead the hotel’s people strategy with a focus on talent development, engagement, and building inclusive, high-performance teams. He strongly aligns with Hilton’s guiding principle to “Lead with our Culture.”
Commenting on his appointment, Paul said, “I am thrilled to join the iconic Hilton Chennai and become a part of the Hilton family. I lead with positive energy, encouraging each team member to recognize and harness their unique skills. Paul is also passionate about impactful HR initiatives, contributing to country-level projects in talent acquisition post-pandemic and sensitization programs for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
