Hilton has once again been named the world’s most valuable hotel brand by Brand Finance, retaining the top spot in the Hotels 50 ranking with a brand value of $11.6 billion. This marks the ninth consecutive year that Hilton has held this prestigious title.

Hilton’s dominance is reflected in the inclusion of nine of its brands in the annual Hotels 50 report:

Hilton has expanded its portfolio to 24 world-class brands with recent launches such as Spark by Hilton and LivSmart Studios by Hilton. Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive portfolio, has opened its 100th hotel in Greater China, marking a significant milestone. The new Sheraton Lanzhou Anning is located in Lanzhou, Gansu province, in the heart of the city's Anning District. This opening celebrates Sheraton's long history in China, where the brand made its debut 50 years ago.

Sheraton Lanzhou Anning boasts a prime location along the Yellow River, near Lanzhou’s bustling industrial and educational center. The hotel is approximately 55 kilometers from Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport and just 6 kilometers from Lanzhou West Railway Station. Guests have easy access to cultural and historical sites such as the Gansu Provincial Museum and the Zhongshan Bridge.

The hotel's lobby is designed as an open, welcoming space, encouraging both social interaction and private relaxation. Drawing inspiration from local cultures, the interior design incorporates elements of the Yellow River, Silk Road, and ecological themes. Key features include the Community Table, The Booths, and The Studios, which serve as flexible work and social spaces.

Sheraton Lanzhou Anning offers a variety of dining options with three restaurants, a specialty café, and a cozy bar. &More by Sheraton transitions guests from day to night with flexible dining options. Daily Social provides gourmet buffets and à la carte menus featuring international and regional dishes. YUE, the hotel's signature Chinese restaurant, offers Cantonese cuisine and seafood with 24 private dining rooms for a unique experience. Sheraton Lanzhou Anning offers 1,900 square meters of banquet and meeting space, including a 1,200-square-meter pillarless Grand Ballroom with an 8-meter ceiling and a 108-square-meter HD LED screen. The hotel also features five versatile meeting rooms, a fully equipped Sheraton Fitness center, and an indoor heated swimming pool.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced its acquisition of the me and all hotels brand from Lindner Hotels AG. This move aims to strengthen Hyatt’s presence in Europe and accelerate growth in the lifestyle hotel segment.

The acquisition builds on a successful collaboration between Hyatt and Lindner initiated in 2022. This partnership significantly expanded Hyatt’s footprint in Germany and other European markets, integrating Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels into the World of Hyatt loyalty program. With this new acquisition, me and all hotels will become a standalone brand within Hyatt’s global lifestyle portfolio.

Since its launch in 2016 as an urban lifestyle sister brand of Lindner Hotels & Resorts, the me and all hotels portfolio has grown to include six hotels and over 1,000 rooms in key city locations across Germany. These properties, now part of Hyatt’s inventory, are situated in major cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Stuttgart, with new locations expected to open by 2026.

Hyatt’s acquisition not only consolidates its current holdings but also includes plans for further expansion. The pipeline features a mix of new builds and conversions, aiming to extend the brand's presence beyond Germany. Hyatt’s development deals are at various negotiation stages for new locations across Europe, reflecting the brand’s potential for widespread growth.
