This innovative initiative shines a well-deserved spotlight on the unsung heroes of the hospitality industry – the housekeeping teams. It's the first time that these dedicated individuals are being celebrated through a dedicated digital campaign.

Housekeepers play a crucial role in ensuring guest comfort, hygiene, and memorable experiences. Despite their hard work, they often remain behind the scenes, making this campaign a special tribute to their efforts. The campaign includes a compelling video showcasing the impact housekeepers have on hotel experiences.

Hilton India encourages people across the country to participate by sharing their favorite memories or pictures that highlight the extraordinary efforts of hotel housekeepers.

Sabu Raghavan, Vice President – Human Resources at Hilton India, expressed Hilton's deep appreciation for the housekeeping staff and their contributions to the exceptional hospitality experience Hilton aims to provide.

Under this partnership, the property will continue to be owned by the Thom family, while Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts will take over the day-to-day management. The collaboration is designed to merge the hotel’s established legacy with the group’s experience-led approach, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

The group plans to focus on refining the hotel’s brand positioning across regional and international markets, while enhancing operational performance. Key initiatives will include strengthening service delivery through people-first training, implementing structured operational frameworks, and driving commercial outcomes through disciplined revenue strategies. A more cohesive, design-led identity across guest touchpoints is also part of the transformation plan.
