Hilton has announced the signing of its latest property, Hilton Garden Inn in Whitefield, Bengaluru, which is set to open in early 2025. This new addition, developed in partnership with Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, will add 223 guest rooms to Hilton’s growing presence in Bengaluru, bringing the city’s Hilton portfolio to a total of seven operating hotels and ten in development.
Located in Whitefield’s thriving tech and commercial hub, Hilton Garden Inn will provide easy access to prominent business locations such as International Tech Park, Prestige Shantiniketan, and the EPIP Zone. The hotel’s location is designed to serve both corporate travelers and leisure guests, with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.
Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President and Regional Head, Hilton South Asia, commented, “The booming mid-market segment in South Asia offers ample opportunity for growth, and our multi-brand strategy in Bengaluru reflects our confidence in the city’s dynamic economic growth. This signing allows Hilton to cater to a wide range of travelers, from luxury seekers to budget-conscious business professionals.”
With 223 guest rooms, the Hilton Garden Inn Whitefield will feature a range of dining outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant offering local and international cuisines, a sophisticated bar, and a welcoming lobby lounge. For corporate events, the hotel will offer 650 sqm of flexible meeting and function spaces, along with a fitness center and outdoor pool.
This latest expansion is part of Hilton’s robust South Asian strategy, where the company’s trading and pipeline portfolio has reached 55 properties. This milestone positions Hilton to triple its presence across the region in the coming years, further strengthening its influence in South Asia’s dynamic hospitality market.
