Holiday Inn Agra has announced the appointment of Mr. Pradipt Sinha as its new General Manager, bringing over 23 years of rich experience and proven leadership in the hospitality industry. Known for his forward-thinking approach and ability to enhance guest experiences, Sinha is set to lead the hotel towards operational excellence and sustained growth.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sinha has consistently driven operational efficiencies and fostered high-performance teams across luxury and upscale hotel environments. His extensive journey within IHG Hotels & Resorts includes pivotal roles such as Director of Operations at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar, where he led multiple departments to achieve top guest satisfaction scores and brand benchmarks.
He also served as Area Champion - Food & Beverage for South West Asia, overseeing strategic F&B operations for several IHG properties, and as Director of Food & Beverage at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla, where he introduced innovative dining experiences and elevated culinary standards.
Before his tenure at IHG, Sinha gained valuable cross-brand experience with global hospitality leaders like Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, and The Lalit. He holds a master’s degree in tourism management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a bachelor’s degree in international hospitality management from the International Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata.
Apart from his professional accomplishments, Sinha is passionate about travel, photography, and exploring new cuisines, interests that mirror his creativity and curiosity in leadership.
