As Area F&B Champion for Southwest Asia, he spearheaded initiatives to elevate dining experiences, ensuring consistent quality and creative menus across the region.

His career also spans leadership roles with Hilton, Radisson, and London Park Hotels in the UK, giving him diverse market exposure and operational insights. An alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Sharma is recognised for his inclusive, results-driven leadership style and passion for fostering teamwork, discipline, and performance excellence.
