Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse has strengthened its leadership team with three appointments across finance, marketing and learning and quality functions, bringing experienced hospitality professionals into key operational roles.

The hotel has welcomed Pranali Patil as Assistant Director of Finance, Aditi Arora as Cluster Marketing Manager for Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse and Holiday Inn Express and Suites, OMR, and Heena Pareek as Learning & Quality Manager at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse.

Pranali Patil – Assistant Director of Finance

Pranali Patil joined Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse as Assistant Director of Finance on September 28, 2026. She brings more than 13 years of experience across finance and business support functions within the hospitality industry.

Before joining the hotel, Patil held various roles at Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield, Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru ORR, Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru ORR, Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai and Holiday Inn Mumbai, among other properties.

In her new role, she will contribute to the hotel's finance and business support operations, bringing experience from multiple hotel brands and markets.

Aditi Arora – Cluster Marketing Manager

Aditi Arora joined the organisation as Cluster Marketing Manager on September 4, 2026, overseeing marketing responsibilities for Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse and Holiday Inn Express and Suites, OMR.

With more than 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, Arora brings experience across hospitality, aviation and events.

Prior to joining Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, she served as Assistant Marketing Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Whitefield. Her earlier professional experience includes roles with Air India and Riveting Events, Gurgaon.

In her new cluster role, Arora will support marketing and communications initiatives across the two IHG properties.

Heena Pareek – Learning & Quality Manager

Heena Pareek joined Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse as Learning & Quality Manager on August 24, 2026. She brings more than 11 years of experience in learning, quality, human resources and training.

Before joining Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, Pareek held leadership roles including Head of HR & Training at Clarks Shiraz Agra, along with experience at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida and Grand Mercure Agra.

Her experience in people development, training and quality will support the hotel's focus on service standards and employee development.

The three appointments bring experience across finance, marketing, communications, human resources, training and quality to Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse and its wider operations.
