Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport Strengthens Leadership Team with Bhavna Singh and Mallika Rai

Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of two seasoned professionals—Ms. Bhavna Singh as Director of Sales and Marketing, and Ms. Mallika Rai as Learning and Quality Manager. These strategic appointments mark a significant step forward in the hotel's mission to drive performance and deliver superior guest experiences.

Bringing with her a rich portfolio of experience, Bhavna Singh steps into the role of Director of Sales and Marketing with a sharp strategic vision and deep-rooted industry expertise. Prior to this, she served as the pre-opening Director of Sales and Marketing at Taj The Trees, Mumbai. Her illustrious career includes leadership roles at Taj Land’s End and various Marriott properties such as JW Marriott Jaipur and JW Marriott Mussoorie. She also contributed her expertise to IHG Hotels as Assistant Director of Sales – Crowne Meetings at Crowne Plaza Okhla, Delhi.

Earlier in her career, Bhavna laid a strong foundation in sales and marketing with prestigious hospitality brands including The Lalit, The Park, and The Bristol Hotel in Gurugram. She holds an MBA from Amity University, a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University, and a Diploma in Aviation from Frankfinn Institute.

Joining alongside her is Ms. Mallika Rai, who takes over as the new Learning and Quality Manager. With over two decades of hospitality experience, Mallika brings a unique blend of operational insight and a deep commitment to training and development. Before joining Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, she served as the pre-opening Learning & Development Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Surat.

Her journey in hospitality began with the Taj, where she seamlessly transitioned from the Front Office to Learning and Development. She later joined Accor, contributing for nearly five years to the learning and development functions across brands like Mercure, Novotel, and Grand Mercure, playing a vital role in enhancing training systems and nurturing talent.
