In a game-changing move for the hospitality industry, Hotelogix and KePSLA have announced a partnership designed to take hotel guest feedback to the next level. This collaboration combines Hotelogix's powerful Property Management System (PMS) with KePSLA's cutting-edge online reputation management platform, offering hotels a seamless way to gather, analyse, and act on guest reviews.

Based in Bangalore, KePSLA's tech digs deep into predictive analytics, offering hotels invaluable insights into what guests really want. It's all about getting to the heart of guest sentiment, with KePSLA's tools providing instant analytics on travel trends, guest behaviours, and more. Imagine being able to tweak your services based on solid data from over 4,000 customers across 50 countries, including big names in the hospitality industry.

Here's how it works: Once a guest makes a booking or checks out, Hotelogix's PMS instantly updates KePSLA. The platform then reaches out to guests via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, based on the hotel's preferences. Once guests share their thoughts, their feedback pops up on KePSLA’s dashboard in real-time, allowing hotels to take swift action.

Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix, emphasised the importance of this partnership, saying, "Our collaboration with KePSLA meets a crucial need in the hospitality world – being proactive with guest feedback. This automated process not only identifies improvement areas but also helps hotels enhance their reputation and boost their bottom line."

Plus, with features like real-time review monitoring and automated responses, hotels can stay on top of their game, using positive feedback for marketing while addressing any criticism head-on.

Vibhas Prasad from Leisure Hotels Group, an early adopter of this integrated solution, shared, "This partnership between Hotelogix and KePSLA transforms how we manage guest feedback. It's a strategic move towards better understanding our guests and boosting our hotel's reputation and revenue."

Deepak Mavinkurve, Founder & CEO of KePSLA, added, "We're thrilled to join hands with Hotelogix. Our integrated Feedback Management System (FMS) with their robust Hotel PMS will enable hotels to engage meaningfully with their guests, enhancing their overall experience and our hotel's reputation."
