Hyatt has announced plans to open two hotels under the Park Hyatt and Andaz brands in Jaumur, a luxury marina community in Magna, located on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba. The upcoming properties—Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina—will expand Hyatt’s footprint in Saudi Arabia and strengthen its partnership with NEOM, a project focused on sustainable and innovative living.
Jaumur is designed to offer a blend of land and sea experiences, featuring a 300-berth marina, which includes a striking cantilever structure above the largest yachts. The marina will be a hub for cultural, leisure, and entertainment activities, along with a deep-sea diving research center.
Both hotels are set to open in 2027 and will provide a total of 350 rooms and suites. Park Hyatt Jaumur, with 125 rooms, is intended to be a peaceful retreat, offering views of the marina and a blend of entertainment, leisure, and cultural experiences. Andaz Jaumur Marina will offer 225 rooms and suites and will focus on art, creativity, and a modern lifestyle experience. It aims to deliver an eclectic atmosphere that embodies the artistic spirit of Jaumur.
Jeremy Lester, Executive Director of Magna, expressed excitement over the collaboration, saying, "Jaumur is a masterpiece marina community where innovation, learning, and luxury convene. Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will embody our desire to redefine coastal luxury for a new generation, grounded in awe-inspiring design and cutting-edge technology that will integrate with the stunning natural environment."
Javier Águila, group president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Hyatt, highlighted the importance of the partnership with NEOM, stating, "We are delighted to bring the Park Hyatt and Andaz brands to Jaumur, part of NEOM's regional sustainable tourism portfolio. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a key market in Hyatt's growth strategy in the Middle East, and these upcoming properties in NEOM reflect our dedication to expanding our brand footprint."
The new hotels will offer a range of activities for guests, including hiking, cycling, and water sports, as well as luxury amenities such as beach, art, and yacht clubs. These offerings are designed to enhance the appeal of Jaumur as a top destination for travelers seeking both adventure and relaxation.
Chris Newman, Executive Director of NEOM Hotel Division, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, saying, "At NEOM, we are excited to work with Hyatt in bringing the distinguished Park Hyatt and the vibrant Andaz brands to life in Jaumur. This collaboration represents a seamless alignment of our shared vision for crafting bespoke luxury experiences that resonate with the spirit of innovation and excellence."

The development strengthens the Group’s footprint in Karnataka and aligns with its focus on entering culturally significant, high-potential destinations with strong long-term demand.
Strategically located at the junction of Mysore Ring Road and Bengaluru–Mysore Road, the hotel will benefit from strong visibility and seamless connectivity to key city corridors. Positioned close to major tourist attractions, the property is expected to draw robust leisure demand, particularly weekend travellers from Bengaluru, while also catering to corporate, MICE and social segments.
The 175-key hotel will feature elegantly designed rooms and suites, signature dining venues and versatile meeting and event spaces. Expansive indoor banqueting and outdoor venues are expected to position the hotel as a preferred destination for conferences, corporate offsites, luxury weddings and large-scale social celebrations. Commenting on the signing, Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group, said, “Mysore represents a compelling growth opportunity for us, combining strong leisure fundamentals with an established weddings market and increasing corporate activity yet remains underpenetrated in the luxury segment. The signing of Radisson Collection Hotel, Mysore, allows us to re-enter the city with a flagship luxury product aligned to evolving demand patterns.
