Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the grand opening of Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, marking its second property in the city and the eighth Hyatt Centric hotel in India. This launch aligns with Hyatt’s ambitious growth strategy in the country, expanding its brand footprint in key locations.

Strategically situated in Bengaluru's vibrant entertainment hub and close to the airport, the 152-room hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers. Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru offers a modern, playful twist to the city’s cultural charm, providing an ideal base for guests to explore Bengaluru’s rich cultural hotspots, diverse dining scene, and lively nightlife.

Prominent business hubs such as Kirloskar Business Park and Manyata Tech Park are within easy reach, along with renowned attractions like the Mall of Asia. The area is also home to a variety of acclaimed bars and pubs, ensuring guests have plenty of options for entertainment and exploration.

The hotel's design reflects Bengaluru's cosmopolitan vibe, blending contemporary aesthetics with eclectic local touches. Its 152 guest rooms, including eight suites, seven long-stay rooms, and a presidential suite with terrace gardens, offer stunning views of Hebbal Lake and feature modern amenities. Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts has announced the addition of The Royal Hotel Cookstown to its international portfolio, marking a significant step in strengthening its presence across the United Kingdom.

The move reflects the group’s strategy of building a curated collection of distinctive hospitality destinations that combine design, cultural authenticity, and personalised guest experiences.

Under this partnership, the property will continue to be owned by the Thom family, while Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts will take over the day-to-day management. The collaboration is designed to merge the hotel’s established legacy with the group’s experience-led approach, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

The group plans to focus on refining the hotel’s brand positioning across regional and international markets, while enhancing operational performance. Key initiatives will include strengthening service delivery through people-first training, implementing structured operational frameworks, and driving commercial outcomes through disciplined revenue strategies. A more cohesive, design-led identity across guest touchpoints is also part of the transformation plan.
