Hyatt Centric Juhu is set to mark its second anniversary with an exciting culinary event, bringing the innovative Indo-Japanese fusion restaurant, Inja, to Mumbai for the first time. This special event will run from August 24th and 25th, featuring a collaboration between Inja and Sesame, Hyatt Centric Juhu's esteemed Asian cuisine restaurant.

The event will offer a unique dining experience that marries the rich flavors of Indian and Japanese cuisines. Guests can expect a seven-course menu meticulously crafted by Inja’s Chef Adwait Anantwar, who has partnered with Sesame’s culinary team to deliver dishes that balance the delicate tastes of Japan with the bold spices of India. Signature dishes include Shisho Leaf Tuna & Pomelo Chaat, Lobster Rasam Chawanmushi, and Palak Paneer Sarada, all showcasing the perfect fusion of these two distinct culinary traditions.
