Hyatt Regency Amritsar is pleased to announce the appointment of Ajinkya Kulkarni as its new General Manager. Bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Ajinkya is set to drive the hotel's growth, enhance guest experiences, and strengthen its position as a premier luxury destination.

A results-driven professional, Ajinkya excels in managing large-scale hotel operations, developing strategic business initiatives, and ensuring guest satisfaction. His expertise spans operations, sales, and marketing, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvements, and delivering excellence in hospitality.

Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Amritsar, Ajinkya served as Director of Operations at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, where he successfully optimized cost-control strategies and led multiple departments to drive high customer satisfaction. In his previous role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, he played a key role in achieving record-breaking revenue and elevating brand positioning through innovative marketing campaigns.

Ajinkya’s career also includes leadership positions at The Oterra Hotel, Bengaluru; Crowne Plaza Electronics City, Bengaluru; and Oakwood Premier & Oakwood Residence, Pune. Notably, he was part of the opening team for South Bangalore’s first microbrewery, 46 Ounces, contributing to the launch of an innovative F&B concept in the region.

A graduate of the College of Hotel Management, Travel, and Tourism at Pune University, Ajinkya has been recognized with multiple accolades, including Head of Department of the Year at Crowne Plaza Bengaluru and Highest Revenue Generation Leader for IHG in 2017.

Before joining Novotel Pune, Kiran served as Executive Housekeeper at The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas, and Grand Hyatt, Kochi. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Chheda has crafted impactful marketing campaigns across industries. Previously, she spearheaded Hyatt’s digital strategy for the East and West regions from Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Her career highlights include:
