He has previously worked with esteemed Indian hotel chains such as The Oberoi Rajvilas and ITC Fortune Select Metropolitan in Jaipur. Before joining the resort, he served as the Operations Manager - Food and Beverage at The Leela Palace New Delhi. In his new position, Ishan will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the food and beverage operations of the resort, aiming to deliver exceptional culinary experiences and exceed the expectations of guests.
