Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort has announced the appointment of Priyanshu Srivastava as Human Resources Manager, strengthening its focus on building a high-performance workplace culture and a people-first approach to hospitality.
With over 14 years of experience across hospitality and corporate sectors, Srivastava brings expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, labour compliance, payroll administration, and strategic workforce planning.
In his new role, Srivastava will lead the resort's human resources function, with a focus on talent development, employee well-being, leadership capability building, and fostering a culture that supports Hyatt's purpose of care while driving business objectives.
Before joining Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Srivastava was associated with IHCL, where he was part of the pre-opening team for the first Gateway-branded hotel in North India. During his career, he has also held key HR positions with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., ITC Fortune Park BBD, Bharat Enterprises & Laminations, Nirula's Corner House Pvt. Ltd., and Golkonda Resorts & Spa.
Commenting on his appointment, Priyanshu Srivastava said, "I am delighted to join Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort and become part of a brand known globally for its people-centric culture.
