Suresh Kumar, a valuable member of the pre-opening team since November 2018, has been promoted to the position of Director of Operations. His journey began as a Front Office Manager, and he later ascended to the role of Director of Rooms in January 2021. With a remarkable hospitality career spanning back to 2007, Suresh Kumar brings a wealth of experience from renowned establishments like Leela Palace Kempinski, Dusit-Devarana New Delhi, Aloft Chandigarh, and Carlson Group6.

In addition, Vishnubhatla Bharadwaj has been appointed as the Human Resource Manager at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort. Possessing over 11 years of illustrious experience in the hospitality industry, Vishnu's passion for his work is unmatched. He has been an integral part of the resort since July 2019, previously serving as the Human Resources Manager at Marriott Executive Apartments, Hyderabad, and contributing to esteemed properties like Hyatt Place Rameswaram, Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, and Park Hyatt Hyderabad.
