Hyatt Regency Gurugram has introduced SHIN’YA, a novel dining concept that brings an authentic Japanese izakaya experience to Delhi NCR. Named after the Japanese word for 'midnight,' SHIN’YA offers a serene spot for evening and late-night dining, embodying the laid-back, social essence of Japan's popular casual bars.

The restaurant’s menu features a rich variety of Japanese culinary staples, from yakitori and robata-grilled meats to fresh sashimi and sushi, all designed to cater to the discerning tastes of its patrons. SHIN’YA aims to create a relaxing atmosphere where guests can unwind after a busy day, enhanced by its stylish décor and warm hospitality.

Sonale Zagade, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Gurugram, expressed her enthusiasm about the launch: "We are thrilled to introduce SHIN’YA to the vibrant culinary scene of Delhi NCR. Japanese cuisine has a universal appeal, and at SHIN’YA, guests can indulge in exquisite dishes and drinks in a soothing ambiance that captures the spirit of a Japanese izakaya."

The culinary team, led by Chef Adi Melaz, focuses on authenticity and freshness, offering dishes that combine traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary flavors. The beverage program, crafted by mixologist Shashwat Prasad, complements the food with a sophisticated array of Japanese whiskeys, sake, select wines, and diverse beer options from a draft beer station.

Operating daily until 3 AM, SHIN’YA promises a unique and enjoyable dining experience for both casual dinners and late-night revelers, ensuring that the celebration of fine Japanese cuisine can extend well into the night.
