Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences has announced the promotion of Kantilal Namdev Kadam to the position of Associate Director of Events. With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a strong background in event sales, guest relations, hotel operations, and business development.

Over the course of his career, Kantilal has built a reputation for successfully managing events while delivering high-quality guest experiences. His hospitality journey began in food and beverage operations, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and hotel management before moving into the events segment.

Throughout his professional journey, he has worked with several leading hospitality brands, gaining valuable experience in event planning, team leadership, customer engagement, and operational management. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences in his new role, he was associated with The Leela Gandhinagar & Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Center as Associate Director of Events.

During his tenure there, Kantilal played an important role in managing client relationships, securing event bookings, and supporting business growth initiatives. His experience across hotels, resorts, and large-scale events has helped him develop a deep understanding of the hospitality and events landscape.

In his new role as Associate Director of Events at Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences, he will focus on expanding the property's events portfolio, strengthening corporate relationships, and delivering impactful events and celebrations that enhance the guest experience.
