Hyatt Hotels has announced the appointment of Amarinder Sadana as its new Director of Revenue Management for India and Southwest Asia. With more than 20 years of experience across global hospitality markets, Sadana steps into the role to spearhead strategic revenue initiatives in the region.
In his new position, Sadana will focus on driving topline growth, fine-tuning pricing strategies, and optimising revenue across all segments. His leadership is expected to play a key role in enhancing Hyatt’s commercial performance in a market that’s both diverse and fast-evolving.
Backed by a strong international background, Sadana brings hands-on experience from key markets such as Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and India. He has previously served as the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Asia, overseeing revenue strategy for over 60 properties across various countries.
His career also includes senior roles at several top-tier hospitality brands, where he has led commercial teams and shaped revenue frameworks for high-performing hotel portfolios. His contributions have been recognised through several industry accolades over the years.
Amarinder Sadana holds a hotel management degree from Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute in New Delhi, along with a specialisation in restaurant revenue management from eCornell, reflecting a strong foundation in both operational and strategic aspects of hospitality.
With his appointment, Hyatt reinforces its focus on data-driven decision-making, revenue growth, and commercial innovation as it continues to grow its footprint in India and Southwest Asia.
