Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has introduced a new culinary experience at Hydeout Bar and Lounge with the launch of a specially curated food menu by Chef Himadri. Designed to elevate the casual dining experience, the refreshed menu combines gourmet flavours, modern presentation, and a lively social atmosphere.

Known for its panoramic views of Bengaluru, Hydeout Bar and Lounge offers an open-air setting filled with rustic wooden accents, glowing grills, and vibrant music, creating a relaxed yet energetic destination for guests looking to unwind and socialise.

The newly launched menu highlights Chef Himadri’s creative approach to contemporary comfort food. Guests can begin with signature bites from the Nibbles section including Crispy Corn, Loaded Fries with Gunpowder Spice or Truffle Garlic, and Three-Cheese Garlic Crostini with Olive Tapenade.

The Small Plates menu features dishes such as Kolkata Fish Fingers, Karnataka Fried Chicken, Murgh Lahori Tikka, Pepper Fry Lamb with Garlic Yoghurt, and Prawns Pil-Pil with Curry Leaf Oil. The Miniatures selection includes Tulsi & Akhrot Stuffed Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Malai Broccoli, Chilli Paneer with Smoked Chilli Oil, and Bhatti Da Soya Chaap.

Guests can also explore a range of pizzas and flatbreads including the Chicken 65 Pizza, Paneer Tikka & Bell Pepper Pizza, Spicy Keema & Caramelized Onion Flatbread, and Cafreal Mushroom & Truffle Flatbread. The hearty meal bowls feature comforting favourites such as Butter Chicken or Paneer Mirch Makhani, Malabar Prawn Curry with Idiyappam Bites, Murgh or Veg Biryani with Dal Makhani, and Chole Kulche.

Complementing the food menu is an extensive beverage programme featuring Hydeout Signature Cocktails like Dakkhana – The Deccan Highball, Samudra – A Coastal Margherita, Aakasa – A Heavenly Martini, and Udyana – A Garden Punch. Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails including Negroni, Mojito, New York Sour, Bloody Maria, and Sangria.

The Community Cocktails menu introduces creations such as Magic at Hydeout, Thrill at Hydeout, and Suspense at Hydeout. Beer lovers can choose from draught options including Geist Witty Wit, Geist Unkle Dunkle, and Kamasutra IPA, along with bottled favourites like Corona Extra and Hoegaarden.

To end the experience on a sweet note, the dessert selection includes Gulab Jamun Cheesecake and Filter Coffee Tres Leches.

The new menu experience at Hydeout Bar and Lounge is available till 31st May 2026 at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. Timings are Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM onwards and Friday to Sunday from 12:00 PM onwards. The menu is available on an à la carte basis.
