IBCA Invites Applications for 2025-2026 Culinary and Bakery Courses

The Institute of Bakery & Culinary Arts (IBCA) has officially announced the opening of admissions for the Academic Year 2025-2026, inviting applications for its Culinary Arts and Bakery & Pastry Arts programs. These courses are designed for aspiring chefs and baking enthusiasts looking to sharpen their skills and build a successful career in the food and hospitality industry.

IBCA offers hands-on learning experiences under expert guidance and has strong connections with top hotels and restaurants for training and placement. Final placements are conducted through selection trials and interviews at the end of each course.

The following programs are available for enrolment:

  • 18 Months Advanced Diploma in Culinary (Level 3)

  • 18 Months Advanced Diploma in Pastry (Level 3)

  • 12 Months Diploma in Culinary Arts (Level 2)

  • 12 Months Diploma in Pastry Arts (Level 2)

  • 6 Months Certificate Course in Pastry (Level 1)

  • 3 Months Certificate Course in Culinary

  • 3 Months Certificate Course in Pastry

  • Hobby Courses in Culinary and Pastry

Interested candidates must complete the online application form available on the institute’s official website. Admission requirements will follow guidelines as per the norms of relevant education regulatory bodies.

Eligible applicants are those who have passed or are appearing for the 10+2 qualifying examination from recognized boards like AISSCE, CBSE, ICSE, IB, or equivalents.

Recognized both nationally and internationally, IBCA is accredited with City & Guilds (London), Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (UK), Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), and National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), India.

Omaxe Ltd, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced a landmark partnership with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) to launch India’s first integrated stadium-hotel and elite members-only club at The Omaxe State, Dwarka. This collaboration brings together luxury hospitality, sports, retail, and lifestyle experiences under one roof.

The centerpiece is a 158-key luxury hotel featuring 40 exclusive stadium-view suites inside the International Cricket-cum-Football Stadium, a first in India, offering guests an immersive match-day experience. An additional 108 luxury rooms in the adjoining premium club building cater to Delhi’s business and leisure elite.

Spread across 50.4 acres, The Omaxe State is developed under a PPP model with the Delhi Development Authority and is divided into five lifestyle districts: Sports, Hospitality, Food, Social, and Shopping. Anchored by a 30,000-seater ICC & FIFA-standard stadium, the destination combines sports, retail, leisure, and entertainment seamlessly.

IHCL will also operate a 250,000 sq. ft. elite members-only club, among the largest in India. Inspired by global benchmarks like The Bay Club (Mumbai) and private city clubs in London and Dubai, the club features signature restaurants, lounges, private bars, Olympic-standard pools, a spa, wellness centre, co-working zones, library, bowling alleys, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, gymnastics and boxing arenas, and state-of-the-art banqueting facilities.

Strategically located near Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi, Asia’s largest convention centre, The Omaxe State is set to attract global conferences, exhibitions, and sporting events.

Atmosphere Core, a leading South Asian hospitality group, has announced its entry into Odisha’s Eastern Ghats with a luxury boutique resort in partnership with Pratyaksh Estates Private Limited. The new property, PRATYAKSH, An Atmosphere Experience Chandragiri, will open in the fourth quarter of 2027, introducing Odisha’s scenic southern landscapes to the brand’s global portfolio.

Nestled near the renowned Jirang Buddhist Monastery in Chandragiri, often called the “Mini Tibet of India”, the resort will feature 90 keys, including cottages, suites, luxury tents, and villas, all designed to blend with the serene valley landscapes.
