The Residency Group of Hotels has emerged victorious at the Incredible Chef Challenge 2025, organized by the South India Culinary Association (SICA) in association with World of Hospitality (WOH), securing the coveted title of Best Hotel Team Overall. Held from June 12–14, this celebrated culinary showdown brought together top talent from hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and hospitality institutions across South India.

The group clinched 1 gold, 3 silver, 4 bronze medals, and 3 merit awards in Pastry and Plated Appetizers, demonstrating both breadth and finesse across the culinary spectrum.

Mirove Artisanal Kitchen, Jaipur’s newest design-forward dining destination, has officially opened its doors in C-Scheme, inviting guests into a deeply personal, sensory-rich celebration of the Pink City. Founded by Sonali Sharma in memory of Jay, Mirove is not just a restaurant—it’s an emotional ode to Jaipur’s vibrant spirit, reimagined with elegance and restraint.

Positioned as a “love letter to Jaipur,” Mirove brings together architectural storytelling and refined culinary artistry. The 8000 sq. ft. space has been thoughtfully crafted by the award-winning Pantone Collective, under the direction of architect Tanya Chutani. The design draws inspiration from Jaipur’s historic structures—like Jantar Mantar and sandstone forts—interpreted through a minimalist, modern lens.

With sand-textured walls, curved concrete forms, checkered granite flooring, and brutalist arches, Mirove’s interiors are a masterclass in contrast—heritage meets futurism. A muted rouge palette sets the tone, punctuated by scalloped seating, a 360° sculptural bar, and lighting that evolves with the day, crafting a visual story that is both cinematic and soul-stirring.
