Hilton, a leading global hospitality company, has once again secured its position as the top-ranked hospitality company on Great Place to Work®’s “Best Workplaces in Asia™” list. This marks the eighth consecutive year that Hilton has achieved this recognition, with the company placing #2 among the top 100 multinational companies across all industries. This honor reflects Hilton's ongoing dedication to fostering an inclusive and purpose-driven workplace culture.

Hilton's consistent recognition underscores its commitment to providing a superior employee experience that mirrors its core values of hospitality. Through its Thrive@Hilton program, the company ensures that its team members across Asia Pacific can thrive, regardless of their background, role, or location. This program is a key part of Hilton’s strategy to create a workplace that emphasizes inclusion, wellness, growth, and purpose.

Alan Watts, President of Hilton Asia Pacific, expressed his pride in the company’s achievement, stating, "We are deeply honored to be recognized once again as the top-ranked hospitality workplace in Asia. The hospitality landscape is rapidly evolving, and it remains Hilton’s priority to distinguish itself as an employer of choice, and strengthen a culture that values inclusion, growth, and innovation." He also highlighted Hilton's rapid expansion in the region, with plans to surpass 1,000 hotels in Asia Pacific, creating new opportunities for the company’s 62,000 team members.

Hilton’s latest accolade highlights the company’s proactive efforts to adapt to the changing needs of today’s workforce. This includes refining its recruitment and onboarding processes, adopting flexible staffing models, and reducing the time employees spend on routine tasks. A prime example of this innovation is Hilton’s implementation of the “GIG” model in China and Japan, which has provided flexible employment to over 17,000 workers across more than 100 cities, resulting in over 240,000 completed shifts.

Patsy Ng, Vice President of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at Hilton, acknowledged the dedication of Hilton’s employees, saying, "Every day, our team members exemplify the spirit of Hilton’s founding purpose – filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. This incredible achievement reflects their dedication and passion and underscores the strong, inclusive culture they have helped build."

The “Best Workplaces in Asia™” list is based on employee feedback collected by the global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work®. Hilton’s top ranking in Asia follows several national achievements, including being named the top hospitality employer in Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and India. Additionally, Hilton was recognized as the #1 World’s Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work in 2023, making it the only hospitality company ever to receive this global honor.
