IHCL successfully piloted projects in New Delhi, including a high-efficiency fresh air purification system and a low-approach cooling tower at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The air purifier demonstrated over 95% reduction in PM 2.5, enhancing lobby air quality. Another project involved a BE-IoT (Built Environment Internet-of-Things) system at Taj Mahal, New Delhi, focusing on critical cooling system equipment, showcasing potential cost savings and highlighting the importance of continuous monitoring and automation.

The successful integration of these eco-friendly solutions into IHCL's portfolio has the potential to save up to $18.2 million and significantly reduce annual CO2 emissions by 108,000 tons, marking a significant step towards a greener and sustainable future.
