IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Mr. Kapil Vig as the new General Manager of Crowne Plaza Lucknow, marking an important milestone as the 50th IHG property in India.

Mr. Vig brings with him nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having served in leadership positions across various renowned hotels within the IHG portfolio and other leading international hotel brands. His proven expertise in operations, guest-centric service, and team leadership positions him well to elevate Crowne Plaza Lucknow’s reputation as a leading 5-star destination.
