The company has signed a management agreement with XECO Media LLP to introduce the Holiday Inn Resort Karjat, slated to welcome guests in 2027. This addition of 150 keys to IHG’s portfolio underlines the company's dedication to expanding its reach in India's leisure destinations.

The upcoming resort will be nestled in the serene town of Karjat, equally accessible from the bustling cities of Mumbai and Pune.
