 IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in hospitality, has announced a new venture in the picturesque city of Karjat, Maharashtra. The company has signed a management agreement with XECO Media LLP to introduce the Holiday Inn Resort Karjat, slated to welcome guests in 2027. This addition of 150 keys to IHG’s portfolio underlines the company's dedication to expanding its reach in India's leisure destinations.

The upcoming resort will be nestled in the serene town of Karjat, equally accessible from the bustling cities of Mumbai and Pune. Karjat is renowned for its scenic beauty, enchanting landscapes, historical caves, lush green valleys, and iconic temples, making it a sought-after escape for urban dwellers. The Holiday Inn Resort Karjat, surrounded by verdant greenery and farmlands, with views of a seasonal stream, aims to provide a perfect amalgamation of modern luxury and natural splendor.

Designed to cater to adventure enthusiasts, hikers, and leisure travelers, the resort is positioned as an ideal retreat from both Mumbai and Pune. The Holiday Inn Resort Karjat will feature amenities including an all-day dining facility, a bar, and a cozy lobby lounge. Hyatt Hotels in Goa have announced the launch of GOA YOU 2026, marking the fourth consecutive year of the destination-led campaign that celebrates Goa beyond its traditional tourism experiences. This year's edition introduces Hyatt Hideaways, a seasonal stay offering designed to encourage travellers to experience the destination at a slower, more personal pace during the summer and monsoon months.

Built around the belief that Goa allows every traveller to discover a different version of themselves, GOA YOU 2026 focuses on meaningful experiences ranging from relaxed mornings and local discoveries to leisurely dining and moments of quiet indulgence. The initiative highlights how every visit to Goa is unique, whether for families, couples, or solo travellers.

The campaign brings together Hyatt's five properties across the state: Grand Hyatt Goa, Alila Diwa Goa, Hyatt Centric Goa, Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel, and Hyatt Place Goa.
