Set to welcome guests in January 2028, this 150-key hotel marks a significant step in IHG's expansion strategy, catering to the increasing demand for quality accommodation in secondary markets.
Guwahati, known as the gateway to northeastern India, is not only an economic powerhouse with thriving special economic zones and industrial sectors but also a popular tourist destination. Its attractions include tea gardens, wildlife sanctuaries, and ancient temples, making it a hotspot for both business and leisure travellers.
Strategically located along Azara Road, Holiday Inn Guwahati offers easy access from Guwahati Airport and the city center. The hotel boasts modern guest rooms, three dining options, a fitness center, a pool, and extensive meeting facilities, including four meeting rooms and a banquet hall.

The addition of Holiday Inn Guwahati adds another jewel to IHG's portfolio and signifies its dedication to providing quality branded accommodation in emerging markets.
