Dubai's skyline is set to get a new addition with IHG's announcement of the Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina project. The ambitious venture aims to revive the abandoned Pentominium Tower, once slated to be the world's tallest residential building.

Originally announced in 2007, the Pentominium Tower faced setbacks and was eventually put on hold in 2008. Now, after nearly two decades, IHG is breathing new life into the project, with plans to open the Six Senses Dubai Marina in July 2028.

Owned by local real estate firm Select Group, the project signifies a significant investment in Dubai's luxury real estate market. With 251 residences spread across 122 floors, including penthouses and sky mansions, the development promises to redefine luxury living in the city.

The initiative aligns with Dubai Tourism's vision to attract more residents to the city. With a growing number of wealthy individuals choosing Dubai as their permanent home, initiatives like these contribute to the city's reputation as a global luxury destination.

Dubai's transformation into a residential hub is evident, with plans to convert tourists into residents. The city's increasing appeal to wealthy individuals, including centi-millionaires and billionaires, reinforces its status as a sought-after destination for luxury living.

As the Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina takes shape, it symbolizes Dubai's evolution as a city of luxury and opportunity. With a focus on wellness-focused amenities and high-end living options, the development is poised to redefine the city's skyline and attract discerning residents from around the world.
